All payments made towards workshops, coaching sessions, or digital resources are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind or personal reasons.
Workshop & Event Cancellations
If Rooting You cancels a workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
If a participant cancels at least 7 days prior to the monthly programs, you may receive a 50% refund or transfer their spot to another person.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the program.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
